Services

CPH Fire Risk Assessments provides fire risk assessments, fire door inspections and associated fire safety consultancy services.

Quotations

Quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide safe access to the premises.

• Provide relevant information concerning the building and its occupancy.

• Notify us of any known hazards before attendance.

Reports

Reports are based on observations made at the time of inspection and information supplied by the client.

Assessments are non-destructive unless specifically agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may be subject to statutory interest and recovery costs in accordance with applicable legislation.

Limitation of Liability

CPH Fire Risk Assessments maintains appropriate Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.

Liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the value of the fee paid for the service, except where prohibited by law.

Cancellation

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the agreed attendance date may be subject to a cancellation charge.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
